These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of crmflowlab.com and to the services provided by CRM Flow Lab (“CRM Flow Lab”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
CRM Flow Lab is operated by Usman Ali as a sole proprietorship based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Contact: info@crmflowlab.com.
We provide CRM setup, GoHighLevel configuration, workflow automation, funnels, integrations (such as n8n, Zapier and Make) and related support. The exact scope, price and timeline for each project is set out in a proposal, order or written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement wins.
Fees and payment terms are set out in your proposal or order. Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel a monthly plan with 30 days’ written notice. Third-party costs (such as HighLevel subscriptions, phone numbers, SMS and email usage, and A2P registration fees) are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing. Projects bought through a marketplace such as Fiverr or Upwork follow that marketplace’s payment and refund rules.
Once paid for, the systems, workflows and content we build specifically for you belong to you, and your data always stays yours. We keep ownership of our general know-how, templates and snapshots, and may reuse them for other clients without your confidential information.
Our work relies on third-party platforms such as HighLevel, email and SMS carriers, Google and automation tools. We are not responsible for their outages, price changes, policy changes, or carrier filtering and blocking of messages.
We work hard to deliver systems that help you capture and convert more leads, but we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, sales or revenue. Results depend on many things outside our control.
If you opt in to receive text messages from CRM Flow Lab, you agree to receive messages about your enquiry, booked calls, appointment reminders, service updates and, if you opted in to them, occasional offers.

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver our services, unless you agree otherwise or the law requires us to share it.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim.
Either party may end a monthly service with 30 days’ written notice. We may suspend or end services straight away if invoices remain unpaid or if the systems are used for unlawful activity or spam.
The content on this website is for general information only. You may not copy, misuse or try to disrupt the website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore, Punjab, unless the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed.
