CRM Flow Lab (“CRM Flow Lab”, “we”, “us” or “our”) runs the website crmflowlab.com and provides CRM, automation and GoHighLevel setup services to businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you messages about your enquiry, booked calls, appointment reminders, service updates and, if you opted in to them, occasional offers.
We do not share or sell mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. These include our CRM and messaging platform (HighLevel), email and calendar providers, website hosting and analytics providers, and payment processors. These providers are not allowed to use your information for their own marketing.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

The client is responsible for how its customers’ data is collected and used, including getting the right consent for calls, texts and emails. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business directly about your data.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site. Our chat and form tools may also set cookies so they work correctly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, such as access controls and secure, reputable service providers. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
