CRM Flow Lab started with a simple observation: most practices don’t need more marketing — they need to stop dropping the leads they already get.

Before the agency, we built 50+ GoHighLevel systems for paying clients across industries — funnels, pipelines, automations, the unglamorous plumbing that makes businesses run. Along the way we noticed something: appointment-based practices got the biggest, fastest wins from the same handful of systems.

So we niched down. Dental clinics and med spas. Two kinds of practices, one playbook refined until it’s boring — in the best way. Boring means it works every time.

Usman has spent the last three years building inside GoHighLevel, most of it at a digital agency where he set up funnels, pipelines and automations for paying clients across many industries.

The systems that paid off fastest were always the same ones: answering new leads in minutes, reminding patients before they forget, and asking happy clients for a review. So he started CRM Flow Lab to build exactly that for dental clinics and med spas.
